Started with a
single kettle.
Brewly began in 2019 when founder Maya Osei converted a narrow corner unit in the Riverside district into a 12-seat coffee bar. The idea was simple: no distractions, no shortcuts — just exceptional coffee and the time to enjoy it.
We work directly with three family-run farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala. Every bean is traceable, every roast is dated, and every cup is brewed to order. We don't hold coffee on a burner.
Five years later, the kettle is still the same. The neighborhood has grown around us, and we're grateful for every regular who made this place what it is.
